One of the outgrowths of modern science has been the advent of more prejudice in the minds of mankind about the significance of spirituality and survival within the physical being.

Our bodies are comprised of seven primary and thousands of secondary Chakras. Chakra, a Sanskrit word which translates to "wheel of light" is used to denote these energy centers within the human body; which are believed to continuously rotate and vibrate, at least in the case of a healthy person.

Chakras are the "entrance gates" of the aura. These are also the central points that obtain, convey, and incorporate life force energy. The seven main chakras are located along the centerline of the body "from the base of the spine to the top of the head." Distortion in Chakras

If there is a blockage of one or more of the Chakras, energy will decrease and not flow properly as a result. This will cause health and spiritual problems to manifest in the body.

There are many things which can cause Chakra distortion. A poor diet, illness, stress, toxins and pollutants, a sedentary lifestyle, cultural factors and many more things can all lead to a distortion on the Chakras.
