An explanation of chakra
Most people are not away that they have a life force energy that is actually run by something that is called a chakra. The chakra is believed to be an axis point on a persons being that interacts with their chakra. The term chakra comes is a Sanskrit term and it means a constantly spinning wheel or a mans aural energy. Each person has what is called, life force energy, and this is run by their chakra. The Hindu writings show that there are more than 88,000 different chakra points in a persons body but they are all focused into 7 main areas or energy axis?. All of the 7 areas go from the base of a persons spine all the way to their head.
The seven main points of Chakrah include the crown chakra, the eye chakra, the throat chakra, the heart chakra, the stomach chakra, the navel chakra, as well as the base chakra. The main idea here is that these seven points take in the energy from the people around us as well as the environment around us. They transmit energies into the surroundings and also take in energy from the surroundings. So, these points all influence what we do everyday in terms of emotions, mental thinking, and spiritual activities.
There are many explanations about Chakras but there is one main definition that is tied in with all of the explanations. It is not known if it comes form the point of view from Chinese medicine, an individuals point of view, the study of psychology?s take on it all, where the conscious and unconscious though process is concerned or the Hindus mystical explanation.
It is said that since the chakras never stop moving, no matter whether a person is sleeping or if they are up moving around, they can greatly help our body as they stay in constant motion. They can help such things as physical disorders, glandular processes as well as the appearance and structure of our body. They can even influence the way we act and how we think. It is easy to see if one of the chakras are not working correctly, then we can have problems with the way our body is balanced and how it functions. The chakras can malfunction for many reasons but if one or more are not working right, we can have issues with the rest of our body.
Many believe that this all happens because the chakras are part of the endocrine glad that is located inside your body. If you do not keep your chakras in balance then you will get what is known as a disturbance in this glad which will affect everything that is attached to it.
Many people do not realize that Chakra healing is extremely beneficial for our bodies and that we can directly control our Chakras. Theses are generally from their past and in order for them to fix things they will need to address these issues to move on. This is something that many people do without being aware of it as these issues can be stored in their subconscious mind. If they leave these issues alone to fester they can get a build up of emotional toxins which can be harmful.
There are certain things that are Good for our Body and promote Chakra Healing such as Reiki, aromatherapy, balancing of the chakras, color therapy and balancing with things like crystals, pendulums or gemstones.
Many people like to attend several yoga exercise classes that teach breathing and physical exercises to maintain chakra balance within their bodies.
Some other ways that we can heal our Chakras include mediation as well as guided visualization. These techniques can help to reduce stress and harness the power of the mind.
Even know we can not actually touch or to see our chakra?s, we can help to work with each one to make our body the best it can be.
The human body has to be healthy and fed properly in order for us to have balanced chakras. There are foods that help maintain the balance of each of the seven primary chakras.
Root-type vegetables are extremely beneficial to our root chakra because they are very high in protein. It is a fact that the sexual and creative chakra needs sweet fruits, nuts, and even vanilla to function properly. Did you know that the plexus chakra is entirely responsible for increasing our self esteem? This chakra works best on carbohydrates like pastas and dairy products like yogurt.
Did you know that the heart chakra works the best on leafy vegetables and even many types of green tea? Also, the chakra of the throat needs lots of liquids to stay hydrated. The best liquids are water and even fruit juices such as apple and orange juice.
Eating grapes, blueberries, and drinking grape juice and wine helps to nourish the third eye chakra which is responsible for our psychic powers.
The center of our emotional being is called the crown chakra which needs to be detoxified. This is generally done through fasting. Some people prefer to do a ritual inhalation which can be done through the use of natural herbs as well as incense.
If you constantly try and influence your chakra you can start living a healthier life. By doing this you will become more in tune with our surroundings and it will help you live in the metaphysical world that all of us must live in.
