An explanation of chakra

Each person has what is called a life force energy and this is run by their chakra. It is said that the chakra is actually an axis point on the body that talks with that life force energy. Most people are not aware that the word chakra is actually a Sanskrit word. The meaning of the word is a sphere of mans aural energy or a constantly whirling wheel. Believe it or not, it is said that in the Hindu writing, you can find much more then 88,000 chakra points in your body but all of those points break down into a total of 7 main energy axis which go from the top of your head all the way to the base of your spine.

The thousands of chakras fall into these 7 major points which consist of: the stomach or solar plexus chakra, the 3rd eye or brow chakra, the heart chakra, sex or navel chakra, the throat chakra, the base chakra and the crown chakra. All of these areas take the energy for your surrounding and transfer it to your body. Some people have said that they can notice a difference in such things as their emotional state as well as psychological aspects and they are stimulated both intellectually and spiritually.

There is one common characteristic that all of the descriptions of Chakras share. This common characteristic is that it is the mystical and spiritual understanding of a person's experiences or the modern understanding of the human thought process. This is what the Hindus think Chakras truly are.

It is said that since the chakras never stop moving, no matter whether a person is sleeping or if they are up moving around, they can greatly help our body as they stay in constant motion. They can help such things as physical disorders, glandular processes as well as the appearance and structure of our body. They can even influence the way we act and how we think. It is easy to see if one of the chakras are not working correctly, then we can have problems with the way our body is balanced and how it functions. The chakras can malfunction for many reasons but if one or more are not working right, we can have issues with the rest of our body.

Many believe that this all happens because the chakras are part of the endocrine glad that is located inside your body. If you do not keep your chakras in balance then you will get what is known as a disturbance in this glad which will affect everything that is attached to it.

It is extremely important that you realize that is vital to attempt to maintain Chakra balance throughout your entire life. Thus, we can also conclude that all major illnesses come from an imbalance that is created within one of the major Chakras. Even if you are not physically ill yet, there may be worries that you have about things that have happened in past stages of your life that affect you emotionally.

There are many people that say that one of the biggest issues with an unbalanced chakra is when people carry around emotional issues. Theses are generally from their past and in order for them to fix things they will need to address these issues to move on. This is something that many people do without being aware of it as these issues can be stored in their subconscious mind. If they leave these issues alone to fester they can get a build up of emotional toxins which can be harmful.

There are certain things that are Good for our Body and promote Chakra Healing such as Reiki, aromatherapy, balancing of the chakras, color therapy and balancing with things like crystals, pendulums or gemstones.

Some people swear by doing yoga exercises to help with their physical being as well as their breathing. You can also try to visit the exercises which can help to balance their chakra.

Some of the other methods used to heal a chakra are meditation which will help a person to keep their mind. Other methodologies of chakra healing are meditation (keeping the mind focused on an object of thought or awareness for a certain period of time), guided visualization (done with the aid of audio tapes or CDs to promote natural healing and relaxation techniques to reduce stress, promote relaxation and harness the power of the mind).

Even know we can not actually touch or to see our chakra?s, we can help to work with each one to make our body the best it can be.

The human body has to be healthy and fed properly in order for us to have balanced chakras. There are foods that help maintain the balance of each of the seven primary chakras.
