An explanation of chakra
The chakra is a point in the body that is associated with, and transmits the life force energy. The word 'chakra' comes from the sanskrit and literally means 'spinning wheel or sphere of energy'. It is traditionally believed by the Hindu's that there are nearly 90,000 chakra points in the human body. These however are reduced essentially to seven chakra points. These run along the spinal column from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.
These seven points are the base chakra, the sex chakra, the solar plexus chakra, the chakrra of the heart, the chakra of the throat, the chakra of the brow, and lastly the crown chakra. These points on our body take in energy from the people in our environment and also transmit energy to the people in our environment. Therefore, they also influence us mentally, emotionally, and our daily activities including spiritual activities that we may do.
Throughout history Chakras have been described several different ways, but most of these ways have one common characteristic. The Chinese medicinal description and even the Hindu interpretation have things in common. Chakra is the understanding of the way that the human mind thinks and the ways in which humans express and experience emotions in everyday life.
All in all, the chakra moves constantly regardless of whether a person is sleeping or not, so it makes sense that, because of that, the chakras play an important roll in helping our bodies. Studies have shown that by keeping your chakra balanced you can help such things as physical disorders that you may be suffering with. It can also help the glandular processes and even the structure and appearance of our bodies. Some people even say that the way they talk and act are also affected. If you find that one of your main chakras is not working as it should, then you may find that you are having problems.
It is of the up most importance that you attempt to maintain Chakra balance at all times. You must also realize and come to conclude that all major illnesses result from one of the seven major chakras being disrupted. You must also realize that events that happened previously in your life may be affecting you spiritually as well as emotionally even if you are not physically sick.
It is extremely important that you realize that is vital to attempt to maintain Chakra balance throughout your entire life. Thus, we can also conclude that all major illnesses come from an imbalance that is created within one of the major Chakras. Even if you are not physically ill yet, there may be worries that you have about things that have happened in past stages of your life that affect you emotionally.
There may be repressed memories or forgotten emotional baggage which comes form past traumatic experiences that can cause the chakras to be out of balance. We may actually be unaware of this, but the negative, emotional toxins have an effect at the cellular level. It is because of this that the need to resolve them is critical to attain proper chakra balance and to heal our physical self in the process.
There are certain things that are Good for our Body and promote Chakra Healing such as Reiki, aromatherapy, balancing of the chakras, color therapy and balancing with things like crystals, pendulums or gemstones.
