*Centering Method. This method is imperative as it organizes your body to obtain the advantages of Chakra Meditation. Again, the purpose of this method is not too complex. Just take 4-6 deep inhalations and feel each body component from head to toe being comfortable. This procedure involves tapering and soothing each body part from toe, and then imagining the act of a potter who middles a pot on the pottery helm.
*Relaxation method. The Relaxation method is the principal work in the entire Chakra Meditation procedure. Everybody has his or her own technique of entertainment. Just locate out your favored form of relaxing the body and attach to it.
One of the popular methods of Chakra Meditation is detailed below:
*Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
*Close your eyes and loosen your clothing. The idea is to be in a natural state without any kind of artificial compulsion on the body and mind.
*Take breaths in a comfortable way, which should be neither too quick nor too sluggish. The thought is to renounce the control on your breath, and let it surge naturally, but healthily.
*Feel every part of your body from toe to the crown in that direction. Feel the earth you are lying on or the sofa you are seated on, feel the clothes you are wearing. Feel completely present with yourself and relaxed.
*While you are doing this, you may feel emotions coming on. positive and negative. Let them flow through and out of you ? this is the release of your stress! With practice and time, these feelings will disappear.
*Feel every subtle inner detail and let your awareness travel freely from one body part to the other.
Do this exercise for any length of time and at any time of the day!
