*Sit or lie down in a position that is most comfortable for your body.

*Loosen all your clothing so that there is no tension on any part of the body, and close your eyes.

*Breathe in a relaxed manner, which is neither too fast nor too slow. Let the breath come naturally!

*The next step relates to feeling every part of your body from toe to head in that direction. While your eyes are closed, try to feel everything that you would?ve seen with open eyes, like earth, air, clothes, surroundings etc. The idea is to feel awareness even with closed eyes.

*Don?t resist any thought. Let any thought come and go without disturbing you.

*Feel every subtle inner detail and let your awareness travel freely from one body part to the other.

Chakra Meditation can be also done by anyone at whatever time you want, or for however long you have to spare. In fact there is no definite rule for the period of time to execute Chakra Meditation. Just fit it in whenever you can!
