Many people are unsure of what a Chakra is. A chakrah is a point on the human body that connects to the energy of life. The word itself is derived from a Sanskrit word that means a constantly spinning wheel or sphere of aural energy that a man has. Many traditional Hindu writings suggest that there are over 85,000 points of Chakra throughout a person's body. Although, there are seven Chakras that are more important than all of the rest. These Chakras exist from the bottom of the spine all the way up to the top of the head.

The thousands of chakras fall into these 7 major points which consist of: the stomach or solar plexus chakra, the 3rd eye or brow chakra, the heart chakra, sex or navel chakra, the throat chakra, the base chakra and the crown chakra. All of these areas take the energy for your surrounding and transfer it to your body. Some people have said that they can notice a difference in such things as their emotional state as well as psychological aspects and they are stimulated both intellectually and spiritually.

There are many people or organizations that have their own explanation but there is still one that keeps them all tied together. No one knows if it comes from the view point of Chinese medicine or how the study of psychology looks at it. Each person sees the balance of chakra in their own way where the unconscious and conscious process of thought takes place. It is said that the Hindus explanation is also another form of explaining the chakra.

Studies have shown that chakra?s stay in constant movement the matter whether person is sweeping or steer a week. Because of the constant movement it helps to influence such things on a person like: physical disorders, they are body is structured, or appearance, glandular processes, the way we conduct ourselves and the way we think. It is safe to say that if just one of our chakra?s is not working properly, we can suffer with an imbalance that can affect our whole body.

It is of the up most importance that you attempt to maintain Chakra balance at all times. You must also realize and come to conclude that all major illnesses result from one of the seven major chakras being disrupted. You must also realize that events that happened previously in your life may be affecting you spiritually as well as emotionally even if you are not physically sick.

You can pretty much bet on that what ever ailments or conditions that you have, are related to the balance of the chakras in your body. It is very important for you too try to keep all of the chakras in balance. Some people do not see any physical; symptoms but they can see a change in their emotions.

It is said that one of the biggest factors in an unbalanced chakra is emotional baggage from the past. Many times people repress the emotional baggage that they got from dramatic experience, such as something from their childhood. This unfortunately is a bad habit that that many people have when it comes to bad memories in their subconscious mind. Most people are not aware that they are burying these things and that will affect their chakra in the end. This is why it is important for a person to get rid of their unwanted emotional baggage before it causes them problems with their body. A person can keep these issues buried in their subconscious mind and end up having emotional toxins which will affect their bodies in so many ways. By dealing with the issues from the past, you can then learn to heal yourself by way of a healthy chakra.

There are certain things that are Good for our Body and promote Chakra Healing such as Reiki, aromatherapy, balancing of the chakras, color therapy and balancing with things like crystals, pendulums or gemstones.

There are many of people that get much relief from doing yoga as it will help them to breathe better. Yoga can help a person focus they attention somewhere else so that they can balance their chakra much easier.

Some other ways that we can heal our Chakras include mediation as well as guided visualization. These techniques can help to reduce stress and harness the power of the mind.

Even though you can not see or touch a chakra, they still work independently to keep our body in check.

It is a fact that our bodies must be fed the proper foods in order to maintain our chakras. There are specific foods that are beneficial to major chakras.

If you want to care for your root chakra then stick with Root-type vegetables. You can also go with protein-rich foods to help your chakra get the most nutrition. Your solar plexus chakra thrives on starches such as cereal, breads and even pastas. You can also do dairy products and yogurts for this type of Chakra. You will want to feed and your sexual chakra sweet fruits, vanilla and some cinnamon or nuts.

Go with green leafy veggies for your heart chakra and plenty of liquids for your throat chakra. You can go with fruit juices and tangy fruits as well.

Your third eye was such things as a grape juice, blueberries Grapes and even wine. This will help to make your eyes senses much more sharper and in sync.

The crown chakra which is our emotional and spiritual center often requires a good detoxification. This can be done by fasting or by the ritual inhalation of certain herbs.

By always trying to keep our chakras healthy we are being healthy in general. By doing this this makes us become more in tune with our surroundings and helps with other elements with living in the metaphysical world that we live in.
