All about Chakra

Many people are unsure of what a Chakra is. A chakrah is a point on the human body that connects to the energy of life. The word itself is derived from a Sanskrit word that means a constantly spinning wheel or sphere of aural energy that a man has. Many traditional Hindu writings suggest that there are over 85,000 points of Chakra throughout a person's body. Although, there are seven Chakras that are more important than all of the rest. These Chakras exist from the bottom of the spine all the way up to the top of the head.

The seven main chakra?s are as follows; solar plexus/stomach chakra, heart chakra, third eye/brow chakra, crown chakra, naval/sex chakra, base or root chakra and the throat chakra. What these major chakra?s do, is they take energy from a persons surroundings and help to transmit these energies to a person?s body. It is said that they can directly impact the activities of a person in such areas as: psychological, emotional, spiritual or mystical, and even corporeal.

There is one common characteristic that all of the descriptions of Chakras share. This common characteristic is that it is the mystical and spiritual understanding of a person's experiences or the modern understanding of the human thought process. This is what the Hindus think Chakras truly are.

It is said that since the chakras never stop moving, no matter whether a person is sleeping or if they are up moving around, they can greatly help our body as they stay in constant motion. They can help such things as physical disorders, glandular processes as well as the appearance and structure of our body. They can even influence the way we act and how we think. It is easy to see if one of the chakras are not working correctly, then we can have problems with the way our body is balanced and how it functions. The chakras can malfunction for many reasons but if one or more are not working right, we can have issues with the rest of our body.

It is of the up most importance that you attempt to maintain Chakra balance at all times. You must also realize and come to conclude that all major illnesses result from one of the seven major chakras being disrupted. You must also realize that events that happened previously in your life may be affecting you spiritually as well as emotionally even if you are not physically sick.

You can pretty much bet on that what ever ailments or conditions that you have, are related to the balance of the chakras in your body. It is very important for you too try to keep all of the chakras in balance. Some people do not see any physical; symptoms but they can see a change in their emotions.

Of the main reasons a person may see an imbalance in their chakra, is emotional baggage that they have held on to since childhood. This can be from a traumatic event that happened to them in their past. Most people are not aware of the most all toxins that can build up their body when their subconscious mind hold on to network for memories. This is a common habit among most all people, to repress memories is natural. It is very important for a person to learn how to deal with their emotional baggage or repressed memories so that they can balance out there chakra?s. This will let their body heal and get everything aligned.

You must realize that Chakra healing is extremely good for your body and that you can also directly influence each and every one of your Chakras. You can do this by employing techniques such as Reiki healing, color therapy, aromatherapy, chakra balancing with the aid of a pendulum, crystals or gemstones.

Some people would rather attend a yoga class to help maintain the balance of their chakras through physical exercises and controlled breathing.

Some other ways that we can heal our Chakras include mediation as well as guided visualization. These techniques can help to reduce stress and harness the power of the mind.

Despite the fact that we can not physically see or touch our chakras, they can work independently to sustain our body.

The heart chakra thrives on our intake of green leafy vegetables and green tea. Our throat chakra needs lots of liquid like water and fruit juices and tangy fruits including apples and peaches.

Eating blueberries, drinking wine, and grapes makes our brow chakra extremely nourished and much more sharper. It also helps improve our physical abilities.

The crown chakra which is our emotional and spiritual center often requires a good detoxification. This can be done by fasting or by the ritual inhalation of certain herbs.

By always trying to keep our chakras healthy we are being healthy in general. By doing this this makes us become more in tune with our surroundings and helps with other elements with living in the metaphysical world that we live in.
