A chakra relates to and broadcasts the energy of life force; it is a point of alignment in the body. Charka comes from the Sanskrit word that describes a constantly spinning wheel or the sphere aural energy we each have.

It is said and fit into traditional Hindu writings and, there is listed more than 88,000 chakra points on a person’s entire body. Out of all of these chakra’s, there are actually seven major energy acts as chakra’s which will run from a persons had all the way to the base of their spine.

The seven main chakra’s are as follows; solar plexus/stomach chakra, heart chakra, third eye/brow chakra, crown chakra, naval/sex chakra, base or root chakra and the throat chakra. What these major chakra’s do, is they take energy from a persons surroundings and help to transmit these energies to a person’s body. It is said that they can directly impact the activities of a person in such areas as: psychological, emotional, spiritual or mystical, and even corporeal.

There are many explanations about Chakras but there is one main definition that is tied in with all of the explanations. It is not known if it comes form the point of view from Chinese medicine, an individuals point of view, the study of psychology’s take on it all, where the conscious and unconscious though process is concerned or the Hindus mystical explanation.

One important thing to realize is that Chakras are constantly in motion even if you are asleep because they constantly affect your body. The ways that Chakrah can effect your body include the glandular process, physical disorders, and even our thoughts and appearance. Therefore, if one of the seven Chakras are harmed then it will affect our body in a negative way and can affect our well being.

Each of the seven chakras associates with a specific endocrine gland of our body. Imbalance to the proper functioning of a chakra it will impact the emotional and physical processes of the body. Eventually, it will expose itself as a disorder of some type in the normal patterns of activity and or behavior in the associated endocrine gland.

You can pretty much bet on that what ever ailments or conditions that you have, are related to the balance of the chakras in your body. It is very important for you too try to keep all of the chakras in balance. Some people do not see any physical; symptoms but they can see a change in their emotions.

One of the biggest causes of chakra imbalance is the repressed or forgotten emotional baggage we carry due to those past traumatic experiences. Many individuals habitually bury their bad memories into their subconscious, unaware that these emotional toxins that are buried inside them will influence their bodies on a cellular level.

Therefore, it is essential to deal with emotional baggage once and for all in order to maintain a proper balancing of the chakras which ignites a healing process to begin on the physical self.
