Chakra is the understanding of the way that the human mind thinks and the ways in which humans express and experience emotions in everyday life.

This happens specifically because each one of the major chakra glands works with a specific endocrine gland within our bodies. It will also create a disturbance in the endocrine gland that is associated with that specific chakra.

There is a particular endocrine gland that associates with each of the seven main chakras. If there is an imbalance of the chakras functioning it does influence the physical and emotional body processes. This will be exposed as a disorder of some sort in the regulated patterns of behavior and or activities that relate to that particular endocrine gland.
