Chakra Sound Therapy Explained
Human bodies are precisely tuned instruments that are in constant need of reviewing.
In a human body there are seven chakras present and each of them performs a specific function. As such, every chakra has its own chakra sound, which makes it unique for healing, cleaning, therapy and balancing.
Almost fifty different sounds are generated by the body charkas, hindu believes. The sound produced are like vocal sounds which are emitted by humans. The chakra sounds are responsible for all the vocal sounds we produce.
All types of music, good and bad comes through the chakra. Whenever there is mediation the sound produced is like the Ohm.
Our body is therefore permitted to focus on many energy sources and then the process of healing is started in the body. Chakra has the sound which is alternate and versatile. Color is also connected to chakra sound and making the sounds that is specified from our bodies even more in depth.
To focus the various sounds while meditating sit happily in a quiet room. This allows the soul to hear the body emanating chakra sound. When the body becomes relaxed and the chakras opened then positive energy flow is easier.
