What is Chakra Sound Therapy?
Our bodies are exactly like tuned instruments that are in constant need of reviewing.
Energy is being generated by the seven chakras in our body and each is different from each other. Cleaning, healing, therapy and balancing require unique chakra sounds.
As said by Hindus, there are total fifty sounds that the chakras produce. These sounds are also related to the vocal sounds that we, as humans, emit on a daily basis. All varieties of our vocal sounds start from the chakra sounds.
The chakra is the origin of good and bad music. When there is mediation then the sound produced is of Ohm.
This allows the body to completely focus on the various energy sources in the body, and allow for healing to begin. Chakra sound has variant and versatile. Color is also often associated to chakra sound, making the sounds that are given from our bodies even more in depth.
Sitting happily in a quiet room is mandatory to focus the various sounds while meditating. This permits the soul to listen to the chakra sound emanated by the body. When body is free and there is no obstacle on the chakra and chakra is released then the positive energy can move more freely.
