Sacral Chakra Exercises
- Pelvic Rock 1 - Lie plane on your back with your knees bent so that the soles of your feet are placed securely on the floor. Inhale into your chest completely and breathe out totally, pushing into your feet at the end of the breath and tilting your pelvis in the air. Visualize you are pushing the breath out stuck between your legs. When the breath is spent, unwind your legs and hips, returning them to the floor, and breathe in completely into your chest again. Then do again. Keep these going for a least possible of five minutes to feel the results.
- Pelvic Rock 2 - If the primary one awakens an immense distribution of force, or if there is too much inflexibility to execute it effortlessly, try doing it again in the similar arrangement a lot quicker. In this work out the pelvis is snapped up and back rapidly, with as a great deal of power as possible. Let yourself create any sounds that are accepted. This helps to discharge infertile force. (Make sure you do this on something soft like a mat or bed.)

Try this easy and very soothing working out to help you experience more unbiased and fully associated to your Sacral Chakra:
1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees comfortable. Close up your eyes.
2. Bring your hands to your lower belly. Start on to transfer your heaviness from foot to foot, building a gentle, consoling rocking motion. As you rock from side to side, start in on making minor moderate circles with both hands on your lower belly.
3. Carry on doing this as long as you need to. Then open your eyes.
