The Sacral Chakra Part 5
by Sarah Taylor Restoring Balance to an Overworked Chakra How do you medicine this? Use purple to bring equilibrium back. Purple is orange’s “harmonizing color” and this just signifies that purple balances orange. In basic terms wear purple clothes, or use purple gemstones, eat purple foods, etc. The Goddess Bast A Goddess we can appeal to help maintain equilibrium of our sacral chakra is Bast. She is the Egyptian who administers dancing, flora and fauna, independence, the funny side, ecstasy, the supernatural, conquering and lightheartedness. Her secret language comprises of the pyramid, sun and moon and her totem is cat. Simple Bast Meditation To call upon the commanding and constructive distinctiveness of Bast, get together more than a few orange-energy gemstones such as coral, tiger’s eye and amber. Glow an orange candle (to be a symbol of the orange energy of the sacral chakra) and ask to receive Bast’s power and profusion. Ask her to enter your sacral chakra. When you do this, you may feel an itchy feeling – this is standard and just indicates that you have associated with this chakra. Ask Bast to heal your chakra and help re-establish balance. Sit in this breathing space for at the same time as and when you feel ready, thank Bast and bring your aware mind back to the room you are in. Optimistically you will experience reinstates, keyed up and in stability after this simple meditation.
