The Third Eye Chakra is to be found at the plane of the forehead and is also established as the third eye. A lotus with simply two petals and it is imagined as a deep indigo blue. It is known popularly as the third eye chakra, but its Sanskrit name, Ajna, stands for both 'to recognize” and 'to control.' The Third eye chakra speaks about to the pineal gland, a vestigial light delicate organ situated in the precise geometric focal point of the head. In the embryo, the pineal makes a start as a genuine third eye and afterward sinks. It has been confirmed that the pineal gland is over-sensitive to light, even when visual nerves have been cut, hence the name third eye chakra.
